Major Responsibilities:

The Customer Services Specialist provides front line customer service, prepares insurance and loan documents. The Customer Services Specialist also processes payments and disbursments, and provides general administrative support to the branch. The Customer Services Specialist will work with lending staff to strengthen business relationships with agriculture producers, businesses, and professionals within the community and cultivates these relationships to expand lending opportunities.

 

Desired Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years related administrative support, insurance, credit experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
