The Credit Analyst provides sound credit decisions by evaluating financial information, and provides training and mentoring for field staff on credit processes and procedures. The Credit Analyst will work with lending staff to strengthen business relationships with agriculture producers, businesses, and professionals within the community and cultivates these relationships to expand lending opportunities. Promotes the association by maintaining good public and member relations and represents the association at various community events/meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. At least two years of prior credit experience. Strong interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving, analytical, negotiating, and influencing strategic skills. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
