Mike Williams Promoted To Senior Vice President Of Branch Operations, Chief Services Officer

JONESBORO, AR, March 28, 2018 – Farm Credit Midsouth is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Williams to Senior Vice President of Branch Operations, Chief Services Officer. In his new role, Williams will manage and lead branch management teams, as well as working with internal teams to ensure Farm Credit Midsouth is providing the highest quality services to its customers.

Williams, a native of Kennett, MO, was raised on a family farm near Holly Island in Clay County, AR. His upbringing in the agriculture community gave him a lifetime passion for the industry. Mike began his career with Farm Credit as a loan officer in Piggott, AR, after earning his degree in Agriculture Business and Economics from Arkansas State University. He also graduated from the Barret School of Banking in Memphis, TN.

Throughout his career at Farm Credit Midsouth, he has proven himself to be a capable leader who is dedicated to the success and growth of the association. In 2006, he became the Branch Manager of the Corning Branch, where he successfully doubled the growth of the branch in just six short years. In 2012, he was promoted to the Jonesboro Branch to become their manager. Currently, he and his wife Audra live in Paragould, AR, with their two children.

With his 25 years of experience and proven track record for helping his branches grow, Farm Credit Midsouth is excited to see how his leadership influences the association as it continues to serve farmers, ranchers, and agriculture businesses across the region.
